I have asked the membership committee and office to send all the recipt and membership card one week before the end of the year. Due to various reason, there is a slight delay. I am glad to hear that some members get their membership card on 1 Jan. If there is a short delay, I hope member can understand. I hope the delay would not be more than 1 week.
About boardwalk permit, please call WWF even though you missed the deadline slightly. I think they can take orders that are not too late. As said before, if you have permits already, I think you do not need to apply again.
