惡劣天氣安排：
- 如活動當天早上07:00(或預計在07:00) 天文台仍然懸掛三號或以上「熱帶氣旋警告訊號」、紅色或黑色「暴雨警告訊號」，當日活動將會取消。如活動進行中天文台發出「雷暴警告」，領隊會視乎情況決定是否繼續或取消餘下行程。
- 至於其他的天氣情況，鳥友可自行決定是否參活動。
是次大帽山觀鳥活動特別安排：
- 在以上的惡劣天氣安情況以外的，如在集合後，領隊覺得當時天氣不適合在大帽山觀鳥，領隊將會更改觀鳥地點。
- 集合後，領隊會安排團友合資乘搭的士至大帽山上閘口的停車場，然後行至山上觀鳥。
- 如鳥友自行駕車至大帽山，請於08:30在閘口的停車場等候。
Arrangement during bad weather:
-When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or above or Rainstorm Warnings Red or Black are hoisted or will be hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory at 7:00 am on the event day, the activity will be cancelled.
-If Thunderstorm Warning is announced during the activity, Team Leader will decide if the activity should be continued or cancelled.
Arrangement for this TMS Outing:
- In addition to the bad weather arrangement, upon gathering of the group, the outing leader may change birding location if the weather is considered not situatable for birding at TMS.
- Upon gathering at Tsuen Wan MTR, participants are grouped to share a taxi, at their own cost, to go up to the carpark near the entrance gate to TMS.
- Birders may choose to meet the group at the capark near the entrance gate at 08:30
