I see sand eels are plentiful this year!  Great stuff!!
In Shetland, the seabirds had a poor breeding season this year because the supply of fish was inadequate; but there were plenty of sand eels around Isle of May and the seabirds there were much more active. Therefore, all of the photos of puffins with sand eels were taken at Isle of May.

However, Shetland is still a great place for birdwatching because there are 2 species of divers, Black Guillemots and there are more Gannets and shorebirds than at Isle of May.

Thanks to Matthew and Koel again for sharing very useful information about birding at Shetland and Isle of May.
