Two years ago, I observed that nest regularly - before the chicks appeared until the first chick left the nest. May I know what kind of information do you want the voluntary obssever to collect ? I may be able to help.
On the other hand, nearly all the shopkeepers and neighbours around know these nests. It's not a secret at all.
