My husband and I bought two pairs of Olympus binoculars 9 months ago. Both of them got some problems already. I brought them back to service centre for repair as they are still under guarantee period. I was much disppointed by getting a reply that no maintenance service could be provided. I shall write to the Headquarter in Japan to lodge a complaint.
