大安森林公園 is like Kowloon Park size, can be concentrated to the pool area, spend <2 hours.
Kwan To is like our Maipo, depends on the birds numbers. Quite disappointed when I visited here 2 weeks ago, need ~2-3 hours visiting but not including the conservation park area(like MaiPo EC). Around 45min railway travelling time.
Yeung Ming Shun is like Tai Mo Shun but area much larger, may difficult to find good location for birdwatching,
hope it is helpful information and I think the birds density is much better now.
