香港觀鳥會小型圖書館開放

經過一輪整理，香港觀鳥會的小型圖書館終於可以開放給會員使用，但由於圖書數量及人手關係，我們只能提供有限服務，例如只在星期六早上開放，所有資料只能在辦事處內閱讀，不能外借。
感謝幾位熱心的會員協助整理書籍，包括：
Irene Wong, Donna Yam, Nora Hung, Judy Wan, Ann To, Kenny Lai

Dear Members,

Opening of our Mini-library

After preparing for some time, our Mini-library can open for Members to use eventually! Due to the limitation in library and human resources, we can only provide the service in the morning of every Saturday. In addition, we are sorry that all the materials can only be used in the office. Here, we would like to thank several volunteers for their hard work!

圖書館使用守則：
開放時間：逢星期六上午9:30至下午1:00；
圖書館現時只供會員免費使用；
圖書館資料只供會員於館內閱讀，但暫時不設外借；
部份資料可供複印，但必須符合香港法例，並且只限作教育用途；
複印資料需另行付費；
請使用者保持圖書館的秩序及愛惜圖書及各樣資料；

休館安排：如天文台於當天早上七時或之後發出三號或以上暴風訊號、黃紅黑雨警告訊號，圖書館將會暫停開放；

Regulations of Library
Opening hours: 9:30am to 1:00pm, every Saturday;
Member-use only;
All the materials can only be used in the office. No borrowing service is provided;
Part of the materials can be photo-copied but limited to education purposes only;
Additional charge is needed for photo-copying;
Please keep the materials in order and treasure them;
