A pair of Blackbirds have returned to the Mai Po car park area, perhaps to breed similar as last year. I heard one calling on Monday (01 June), but only saw them today.

The Great Bittern would be a very early record, according to the "Avifauna of HK", the earliest autumn record was 12th September 1987!
這個大麻鳽的記錄非常早, 根據"香港鳥類名錄", 秋季大麻鳽的最早記錄日期是在1987年9月12日!
