Oriental Turtle Dove with feather damage

An Oriental Turtle Dove with feather damage was seen in Long Valley on 2017.10.05. It was not afraid of human as people walked as close as 20 cm to it. It seemed the feather of its head, wings and tail was wetted and damaged.
