北鳥屋外的漁船. A fishing boat outside North bird hide.
24.3.2023我早於八時到浮橋外的北鳥屋.看到在離岸數百公尺外,有一艘漁船疑似在作業中,並停留至十一時我離開北屋的時候,漁船尚未離開.
很想知道漁船在該處作業,有否違法?
如果違法,該通知那一個政府部門執法呢?
有沒有甚麼通知電話或者熱線呢?
On 24.3.2023 I arrived the North bird hide of MPNR at around and found that a fishing boat was apparently operating just a few hundred meters away from the bird hide.
I wonder if it is illegal to operate over that area ?
If the fishing was illegally operating in that area, which Government Department I could report to ?
Is that telephone number or hotline to report such issue ?
