I think this is an injured bird. Something wrong with its lower beak.
The whole face is black and I havn't seen bird like this in HK. Maybe it's a juvenile bird of some kind. I searched the internet and found it might be a black shrike.
Anyone knows its exact name?

Do you mean dusky shrike?

This is a dusky shrike, a variant dark morph of long-tailed shrike.  This bird is injured but looks like it is in good health.

I believe the same Dusky Shrike still in LV. It looks still healthy!
