Are They Red-Throated Pipit?

Are They Red-Throated Pipit?

I guass the first one is. The second one could be an Olive-Backed Pipit!
But what are the clues to identify Pipits?

The first is a Pechora Pipit (note the primary projection beyond the tertials which is diagnostic of Pechora).  The second is a Red-throated Pipit.
