As change of name of our BOC bank account is yet to be finalized, kindly send your cheque payment BY POST to the Society for our further process.  

In any case direct credit to our bank account is prefered, please pay by cash instead.

Why has this been done?

Why 'congratulations'?

I have no issue with the change, but it would be interesting to know why it was needed.
