拯救海下 Save Hoi Ha
城市規劃委員會建議在分區計劃大綱草圖擴大海下郊野公園的「不包括的土地」內的鄉村式發展範圍。這些新納入的鄉村範圍將會破壞一個由荒廢農地演變而來的淡水沼澤，並會增加海下灣海岸公園及流經海下河溪的污染量。這分區計劃大綱草圖不單止未能對海下的生態資源提供足夠的保護，亦不能符合政府所建議的房屋需求。
The Town Planning Board has proposed to expand the area of village type development inside the Hoi Ha Country Park enclave in the draft Outline Zoning Plan. The new village area would destroy a freshwater marsh derived from abandoned agricultural land and would increase the pollution load into Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park and the stream flowing through Hoi Ha. The draft OPZ not only does not provide adequate protection to the ecological resources of Hoi Ha, it also would not fulfill housing needs as the government suggests.
