Greetings all,

Walked around Long Valley at dawn for an hour and a half before heading into town to go to Po Toi for the day (which was excellent, but I will leave the Po Toi updates to Geoff!).

At Long Valley:

1 Pallas' Grasshopper Warbler
1 Collared Crow
1 Grey Heron (first of season at this site for me)
1 Common Teal (a female and first waterfowl of season at this site for me)
1 Greater Painted Snipe
1 Grey Wagtail
4 Common Myna (I don't often see these here)
6 Siberian Stonechat
Abundant snipe species and Kentish Plovers have come in over the last couple of weeks.
