i think it is a Bull-headed Shrike, with the chestnut head and the "ball-shaped" bill.

Bull-head shrike

Should be thankful if you would kindly tell whether it is the Sek Kong catchment area, Sek Kong lullah (ie, Airfield Road) or elsewhere. Please specify so that I can find the bird.
