On the Forum main page, why for some topics, when I move the mouse over them, they will pop up information such as “Last Post”, but for some topics like『反對過激言論』, they won’t?  The feature is very useful for me to check if a new reply has recently been made to a topic without clicking into the topic.

The added benefit of this fix is that the viewed count, on which the monthly hot topics are based, become more accurate.
