Yes, I think so. As it has a obvious light yellow color of iris.
And the facial pattern is much simple. (only a stripe from the eyes)

Definately Lesser Necklaced Laughingrhrush. Where was it? There have been a few records of this species recently; it is possible that it may become established in HK.
