Is it a warbler? or it is a rufous-capped babbler?

It's a leaf warbler. The double wing bar and pale tips to the tertials limit the options to Pallas's Leaf Warbler and Yellow-browed Warbler. I find it a bit difficult to work out the features of the head pattern at this angle, or whether the rump is yellow. It seems, though, that the front of the supercilium is very yellow and the eye stripe is quite strong, so I think this one is a Pallas's Leaf Warbler.
