在西鐵上看見錦田水牛田上有挖泥機工作，不知是甚麼工程，而且發覺該處好像多了幾條泥路。這是在紅圈附近的位置。
Saw some excavating machines from from the West Rail, and it appears a few new paths have been created. What type of works could it be?  



There are newly abandoned building materials in Kam Tin in Feb.

Only few birds and the lonely buffalo were there.
WHAT CAN WE DO???

Some of the waste were come from a private construction site at Tsuen Wan. A letter of concern will be sent to the developer.

至少3架泥頭車和一架挖泥機在該區工作，泥頭相信已經有一個人那麼高，查了城市規劃，原來那是綜合發展區 不知會興建甚麼，但肯定會對水牛田帶來更壞的影響，請永遠懷念水牛田吧~

Some of these areas of construction waste have been present for some time. The last photo shows an area that is recently filled (about 1 month). I thought initially they were trying to fill the fishponds but access to the area appears to have been blocked so dumping has stopped at this site.

The area to the west of the buffalo fields (highlighted on your map) has been undergoing a lot of this sort of activity - it looks like the abandoned fishponds here (which were dry and overgrown) have been filled in.
