Daurian Redstart (Male) with ring on its leg

Just looked at my recent photos and found this Daurian Redstart with ring on its leg.  What does it mean?  Home owned?

Photo was taken on 11/12/2013 at Mai Po.

The ring number appears to include the numbers 79, possibly 179.
This bird is likely to have been ringed by the HKBWS ringing group at Mai Po and if you are lucky, this part of the ring may be enough to determine the individual involved.
