I will be in Shanghai for a long weekend and was hoping to get some suggestions, as I haven't been there.  I should have a couple mornings and and maybe an afternoon free for 4 or 5 hours each.  Just picked up the Birds of China and am starting to pour over it now.  

I'm also heading to Khao Yai near Bangkok for a couple of days in October.
