To Whom It May Concern:
I live in Luk Tei Tung Village at the back of Mui Wo on Lantau Island. There is a lot of development going on here at present, which involves building a sizeable channel through the wetlands, and a lot of vegetation has been removed during this process.
As we have abundant wading and fishing birds here, I wonder if any of your members have taken an interest in this.
I can put you in touch with the relevant civil engineer involved, and show you an ongoing correspondence I have with him. I am also documenting the development through photographs, which involves walking the stream and river beds on a weekly basis.
