The bird in the photo is a male 
F.n.Owstoni, showing patterns of 
Narcissina but with a greenish back. This is however not a male Green-backed Flycatcher 
Ficedula elisae which is now largely believe as a seperate species. I am not sure if 
Owstoni is now seen as a seperate species or not, but it may soon seperate from 
Narcissina. 
Owstoni breeds on Ryukyu Islands in Japan and are believe to do short-range migration between the islands. Please do correct me if I am wrong!!
