Classic Radde's in classic habitat and postures - on the thick-billed side of the bill depth range I'd think.
What was once considered a rare bird is now, thanks to greater observer numbers, greater observer awareness, and greater photographic ability proving to be a regular visitor in small nos. - though having said that, I think as long ago as early 90s, watching regularly at Mount Austin, a great site for this species, I had five in one autumn between mid-October and early December.
