I saw a "big" warbler or flycatcher in TW park.
It has a size ~2cm smaller than red wiskered bulbul, with a large, long straight bill and a bit red in lower bill.
We could just see its lower part as it is on the branch of Casuarina equisetifolia (木麻黃).
Its rump is a bit yellow/ pale brown in color.
The belly of it is quite white in color.
My friend said that it has a pale color "belt" on the neck region but I think it may be the shadow of its head..
The tail is rounded tip and the length is about 2/3 to 3/5 of its body size.
The upper part of it is brownish color and it has significant dark edge of the wings.

Other feathers are not well observerd as we do not bring our binocular...

Will it be a oriental reed warbler?....
Or other choices there?

I don't think that you have enough detail here for a positive identification but probably not Oriental Reed Warbler. Oriental Reed Warbler does occur in parks on occasion, but usually during migration time. It is quite a rare bird in Hong Kong in midwinter.

Really want to id this bird but I know there is no enought detail for id..
