We have started the fishpond drainage management in December. However, the cold front in past two weeks has killed most of the fish. (I'm still hoping BFS will come to visit LV this winter )

Yellow-breasted Bunting x1 (seems Yellow-breasted Bunting has extended to stay in LV!!!)

on 2nd (morning) saw the Crested Serpent-Eagle and an Eastern Marsh Harrier. Saw also a small accipiter mobbed by crested mynas. quite indistinct uniform greyish back and wings from distance.

You B-NO reminds me of the one I first saw with my son at Lam Tsuen valley when the society was also
doing X'mas account. It was over fifteen years ago. On that day I met VP whom I told about the bird
and she included it to her day's list.
