Is this an Oriental Skylark?

I saw it a few times in LV today. It hovered with high-pitched voice in air near ground before flied away. That is why I suspect it to be an Oriental Skylark

It's a Richard's Pipit.

The easiest way to tell them apart is that skylarks have heavier bills and a small crest on the head
