Photo 1:
The breasted band is a very important feature to id Little Ringed Plover and Kentish Plover. Kentish Plover with a never complete breast band but Little Ringed Plover with a complete breast band. I think that you may can id it by yourself by this important feature.

Photo 2:
The raptor in your photo showed a strong and large bill, brown back and Large size. So this bird should belongs to genera Aqulia There are not too much Aquila species found in HK, i think that you can ID it by its color of the body.

Photo 3:
Due to the photo quality, this is not easy for id it. But i guess this should be a pipit. And it showed a clear belly and more up high standing form. So i think this should be a Richard's Pipit
