Agree structure seems match Mugimaki best but I have never seen a Mugimaki Flycatcher with such week contrast (no contrast really) between the (usually darker) face and the (orangish) throat. Still, I can't see any other possibilities.

Here is one from Po Toi in 2009.



Although you can't see it very well, it has almost no colour on the underparts.
Paul and I discussed this for some time and eventually agreed on Mugimaki, almost by default.

Peter and Michelle also have one here from this year
