pls id bird trapped in office …

how to lure it fm its hiding place to freedom ? just before v close our office an hr ago , it flew in and hid in the inclusion of the ledge hanging below the ceiling . v used pole to draw it out but it only flew to the other side. once it flew down a chute like gap and sat at the bottom. next it hid behind a box …no matter what it was still in the office and v hv no choice but to shut it inside till tmw …what should v do? I suggested to inform AFCD, is it correct ? or should v call SPCA?
it got an olive shade to me, grey to white belly, no prominent strips on the belly. Black strips on wing tips. Bright round eyes with thin white rims

looks like a kind of flycatcher to me ... no need to go back to office today, so don't know what happened to it.
Last night, the colleagues worried that it might suffocate in the locked up office, though I believed it might not need much air to survive for the night.

my colleague said there're feathers found in the office the day after ... it wasn't seen/heard anymore (it never chirped even when it flew around in the office the other day) ... regular pest control was done yesterday.
there're bats flying around the office when dusk falls ... which is situated by the hillside ... lots of mosquitoes and other insects are found, perhaps that's why that bird came.
