Is it a Besra?

The book says that adult male Besra's have red eyes and a mesial stripe so I think Besra...  

Here is another photo to help.  I would have got a better shot but it scared me a little.  I was looking at munias bathing when out of nowhere it tried to get one and landed in a tree.  It was about 5 meters away looking straight at me.
