The long primary projection and whitish throat remind me of 1st winter Ultramarine Flycatcher. The lacking of a clear wing-bar on the old wing coverts is a concern to me. May be the whitish tip has been worn out completely.

Sounds convincing to me. I have not looked at Blue-and-white and Zappey's carefully enough.
