Richard's Pipit?

The bird was found nearly on the top of Tai Mo Shan near the weather observing station, more than 500m high, but it doesn't look like an upland pipit.

Yes, this is a Richard's pipit.
A small residentual population inhabit upland area in Hong Kong.
