I recently saw a news report about proposed apartments in Lok ma chau, San tin and Nam sang wai. I understand that they are in the buffer zone and development should not be legal, and it will cause a great disturbance to wetland birds.
Some questions:
1.If we prove the decline of BFS in wetland park after the apartment and link it to lmc and santin, will it be considered illegal as they are disturbing protected BFS?
2.I saw a petition of stopping shkp from building in namsangwai, may I know how it is going?
