Looks more like a Red-throated to me, but this individual is partly albino on the head?? Or is it just moulting??

I agree that it is Red-throated, but it is an odd bird - partial albino and still moulting (some new rufous feathers on breast and throat). Pechora would show much stronger wing bars and ginger tone on head but not breast.
