Raptor on a hazy day

Captured on 17.9.2008 Ho Pui.
Is it a Crested Goshawk or something else? It is too far from me. I can barely see it without a binoculars.

I think it is a Crested Goshawk.

Often one have to give up hope of a positive identification for birds like this. I could only guess that this is indeed Crested Goshawk, based on wing shape. Actually the number of fingers seem to be 5, but the first one is really small and can be too difficult to see in this photo. I think the relative length of the fingers also points to Crested Goshawk.
