Secondly, the members of the RC and those involved in preparing the Systematic List for the Hong Kong Bird Report do not have the time to check and copy information on birds or records posted on the bulletin board.     So, if you have records of interesting species or records of common species in unusual numbers or localities, please also submit them separately at the end of each year to the Society, preferably in the Excel file that is available on the website.     Thanks,     Geoff Carey HKBWS Records Committee Logged FF PK Guest Re: Message from HKBWS Records Committee « Reply #1 on: Jan 13th, 2003, 2:02pm » Please advise we should send the completed bird record in excel format to which email address.
