They were seen on BBQ glassland/tree (down the valley) near to the river (and bridge). Were they the same? Would they be Crested Myna? But there was no obvious feather between bill and forehead. The bill looked thicker. The colour was brownish and white too. It was quite different from the "black crested myna" I had seen. The fourth photo showed a "darker" mask around eye (not in shadow). Thy are juvenile Crested Mynah. When will the "crest" be seen? Adult only? I read from book that the "crest" may disappear if the bird is changing to new feather. When will this be?
