Head body : tail ratio about 1: 3/4 (should be 1:1 in case of Besra) 3. A faint whitish vent is visible though not very prominent in this bird, suggestive of Crested Goshawk.   4. Typical call and flying behaviour.     A very good reference book from Taiwan concerning identification of raptor 台灣賞鷹圖鑑 is worth reading.
