I was puzzled by the breast patch, which only seems at home on a white wagtail, but the yellow seemed to rule that out. Where do you find a description of the "Amur wagtail" ?? It doesn't seem to be in the usual sources

"Amur Wagtail" is a new name for the normal resident white wagtail in Hong Kong - Motacilla alba leucopsis. Don't know if the split from White Wagtail has been confirmed, or if it is just a new name for our commonest subspecies. The yellow on the face is unusual, but not unknown and is commoner in juveniles. The combination of white face and breast with small black chest patch is diagnostic. The other common race, M.alba ocularis has a black line through the eye and more black on the throat. It is a migrant and winter visitor. Black-backed Wagtail, which occurs every year in winter also has a black line though the eye, and the males have more white in the wing than any other race. Cheers Mike K
