A white shouldered Starling, a useful hint is the iris color.

As well as the pale iris, this bird shows a pale grey bill, pale grey back and rump the same colour as the mantle - all features of white-shouldered starling. Daurian and chestnut-cheeked should also show more white in the wing (1st-winter white-shouldered shows little white in the wing)
