I think you are living in Sai Kung, I am too. Last Sunday we have visit Nam Wai (just opposite Ho Chung)and we found
4pcs of Black Capped Kingfisher,
1 White Breasted Kingfisher,
1 Common Kingfisher
*this is the first place we found in Sai Kung that have 3 different spices of Kingfisher in one place.
over 60pcs of Kentish plover,
13 Little Egret,
5 Great Egret,
8 Grey Heron,
1 Little Green Heron,
when you cross the Ho Chung river to Kowloon, don't forget turn your head to left, you will find a lot of Little Egret spread along the river shore. And finally don't miss the Jungle Crow standing on the Light tube along the New Clear Water Road. Watch out while you are driving.
