Crested goshawk 'hawking' 鳳頭鷹飛捕蜻蜓

I opened the curtains this morning at 6.30am and sitting in the tree across the road was a raptor. I dashed up to the living room where I have a scope set up and checked it out. It was a Crested goshawk - I have seen several here in Clearwater Bay recently but always high up flying over. As I watched it dashed off its persh and took a dragonfly in mid-flight and returned to its perch. Is this typical CG behaviour? TIA Andrew
