HKBWS BBS 香 港 觀 鳥 會 新 聞 組    Discussion Area 討論區    General 一般問題 (Moderators: Webcreeper, BBS Moderators)    進入米埔人士特別通告 Special Notice to People Entering MPNR « Previous topic | Next topic » Pages: 1  Reply Send Topic Print    Author  Topic: 進入米埔人士特別通告 Special Notice to People Entering MPNR  (Read 603 times) HKBWS Project HKBWS Officers BBS God Please support HKBWS!     Posts: 207 進入米埔人士特別通告 Special Notice to People Entering MPNR « on: Oct 21st, 2005, 4:41pm » Quote Modify 以下是漁農自然護理署給香港觀鳥會的特別通告: Below is a special notice from AFCD:     特別通告   進入米埔人士必須閱讀     漁農自然護理署 濕地及動物護理科 二○○五年十月 鑑於野生雀鳥可能是禽流感帶菌者，觀鳥人士進入米埔自然保護區作觀鳥活動時，  必須注意以下事項，以確保個人身體健康及環境衛生﹕     1.切勿近距離接觸野生雀鳥、其巢、蛋、掉下的羽毛及其排泄物。   2.帶備口罩供有需要時使用。   3.帶備消毒濕紙巾或酒精搓手液清潔雙手。   4.使用望遠鏡觀鳥前請先洗手。   5.在保護區內若曾觸摸雀鳥或其排泄物，應立即以自攜酒精搓手液或消毒濕紙巾清  潔，然後到以下地點﹝參閱夾附地圖﹞以自來水澈底清潔： i.食環署米埔公眾廁所   ii.世界自然香港基金會熊貓禮品店   iii.世界自然香港基金會自然教育中心   iv.漁護署米埔自然護理員辦事處   6.用過的紙巾應妥善棄置。   7.保持良好的個人衛生習慣，勿用手觸摸眼、鼻及口，打噴嚏或咳嗽時應以清潔的  紙巾掩著口鼻。   8.若身体不適，切勿進行觀鳥活動，請回家休息。   SPECIAL NOTICE   Must Be Read by All Persons Entering Mai Po Nature Reserve Wetland & Fauna Conservation Division   Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department October 2005     In view of wild birds are suspected to carry avian flu, bird watchers carrying out bird watching activities inside Mai Po Nature Reserve must note the following points to ensure personal health and public hygiene:     1.Keep a distance from wild birds, their nests, eggs, feathers on ground or their excreta.   2.Wear a facemask when necessary.   3.Bring along wet tissue paper (soaked with alcohol) or alcohol-based handrub for cleansing hands.   4.Wash your hands before using your telescope.   5.If you have touched any wild bird, feather or excreta inside the Nature Reserve, you should cleanse your hands with alcohol-based handrub or wet tissue (soaked with alcohol) that you bring along immediately. You should also wash your hands at the following locations (map provided) where supply of water is available:   i.Mai Po Public toilet, FEHD   ii.The Panda Souvenir Shop, WWFHK   iii.The Wildlife Education Centre, WWFHK   iv.Nature Warden Office, AFCD   6.Used tissue paper should be disposed of properly.   7.Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth by your hands.
