A feature on Mingpao about the commercially run "Birdwatcher's Cabin" at Tsim Bei Tsui. "Birdwatchers used to feel that something was missing at this great but remote birding spot. Then someone invested to build the "Birdwatcher's Cabin." so it explains

【明報專訊】大家熟悉的米埔是觀鳥熱點，但須事先申請才可進入。若忽發雅興觀鳥，元朗尖鼻嘴是另一選擇，這裏毗鄰紅樹林，可眺望米埔及深圳，是觀日落勝地。尖鼻嘴更設有蒙古包，大家親近大自然之餘更可在「大漠風情」中BBQ，一嘗流浮山海鮮滋味。
蒙古包建在尖鼻嘴的觀鳥軒內，據聞以前這個鄰近紅樹林的觀鳥勝地非常荒蕪，每當有觀鳥迷長途跋涉到來，總大 嘆「有肴無酒」美中不足，後來有人投資建成觀鳥軒。雖名觀鳥軒，卻非鳥兒棲「軒」內，它其實是供遊人棲宿的營地。
