i would think it is a juvenile White Wagtail. If it has no yellow or brown, a wagtail found in hong kong is usually White Wagtail; if the throat is yellowish it might be a white wagtail as well provided that the overall tone is greyish white.

I was trying to take a couple (150?) of Golden Plovers one day on a meadow where they rear horses and cows. I could not lie flat on the ground due to the excrements. But I squatted so that I could get within 30 m and took photos of reasonable quality.....worth a try!

| I am like 20m from the wagtails.....but they are too small and my lens (400mm) is too short...ha..ha.... I checked again today during lunch, they looked like juvenile white wagtails as they stay with adult white wagtails and the beaks are still yellow.
