Having seen all your lastest posts here lately. I do think that the image softness was due to motion blur. You are really pushing your luck to its limit using ISO 200 for shooting in the 'forest'. Unless you use flash as main, I think you need to seriously consider using faster films. Remember you are shooting with a 800mm at f/5.6 wide open!
 
Who said you must shoot slide for birds?! I'd suggest going  the negative route. There are plenty of fine ISO 400 films for you to choose from. The good and commonly available one that comes to mind is the Fuji X-tra 400. Fine grain and good colors. The NPH 400 is another one albeit a little bit more expensive.    Negative has its many advantages that is too easy to ignore ...

  Yes you are right. I need faster shutter speed.
 I will try X-tra 400 and NPH 400 for birds.
 
 I was so lucky on this day. This bird stopped only 1-2s.
