The photos clearly show all three are adults in transition from winter to summer plumage. The all black underwing coverts and axillaries  indicate adults whereas younger birds would be barred. The first two birds had whiter sides to the neck whereas the third still retained more of the streaked winter plumage. Note that the outer primary is still growing in at least two birds. This is just right for adults completing wing moult which usually ends in February/March before the breeding season.
