but there is no whitish eyering and whitish lore at the forehead  the wing tip is a bit short too. is it possible that it is a female of other flycatchers

This is not a juvenile, they are very spotty on the body and this plumage is only seen in the autumn (and then only on or near the breeding grounds and never in HK - the body feathers are moulted before migration and replaced by adult type body feathers although the juvenile tertials and greater coverts are typically retained).  It is an adult based on the lack of retained juvenile tertials and greater coverts, the poorly marked head pattern is due to the completion of the spring body moult (hence also the lack of an eyering which is just feathers too).
